Uniform
You will be fully equipped with US Sports Coaching Adidas branded uniform, including coaching shirts, shorts, socks, tracksuit and rain jacket.
Equipment
On arrival in the USA you will receive a resource pack containing a pre-paid cell phone, 20 cones, adidas pinnies, a tactics board, first aid kit, a ball pump, a ball bag and soccer balls.
Vacation
After 8 to 12 weeks of coaching you will have the opportunity to take a well earned break for a week. You can use the time to meet up with friends, travel or just relax in the local community.
Car
During your employment you will have access to a car to perform coaching responsibilities, enjoy social time and you will also receive a Gas card per month.
Training
Prior to commencing employment you will attend an orientation event, where you will receive training from experts in sport coaching, management and soccer. This will continue through your employment as part of your US Sports Coaching Diploma.

- Step 2 - Complete the US Sports Coaching Coaches application form.
- Step 3 – US Sports Coaching Recruitment Specialist sets up interview, determines pay rate and coaching level.
- Step 4 – US Sports Coaching Recruitment Specialist reviews references and certification.
- Step 6 - Client chooses coach.
- Step 7 - Coach contracted with US Sports Coaching.
- Step 8 - Immigration application and travel booking.
- Step 9 - Attend training event in USA.
- Step 10 - Commence employment.
