Mike Kay - Strategic Business Advisor

Mike has been in the high tech business for 30 years, and is the owner/principal of Kay Associates LLC, a consultancy firm offering a range of services covering business development, funding, transitional management, due diligence and technology licensing.  He has a broad background in both engineering and executive management, and has raised over $60M in venture funding.  Serving both major corporations and smaller private businesses, he has worked on deals from  $3M to over $100M.  Mike has gained significant experience in all aspects of deal structures and driving projects to successful conclusion.  Mike has also served on the board of many private companies, and is currently a board member of RF Integration Inc. (Boston).  
 
Born and raised in the UK, Mike has been in the US for over 27 years, interrupted by a 6 year period he spent in Asia. An avid soccer fan Mike stays busy supporting the Soccer Activities of AYSO Saratoga Soccer and he still tries to get out every week to play the game!
